Major in Computer Science.
Install and administer a version of Ubuntu on your own machine.
Participate in a research project.
Get an internship.
Stregthen your ability to communicate. Minor in or take courses in communication,
such as public speaking (COMM 104), interpersonal communication (COMM 220)
and small group communciation (COMM 222).
Develop leadership skills by joining and participating in a group on campus,
such as the ACM (Association for Computing Machinery),
or by participating in campus leadership opportunities.
